Did you go to Seb Island?

Before Low Key Key was towed over to Grapital City, there was Seb Island. Named after the first known person to set foot on the island (as is customary it seems), the little chunk of land was difficult to get to since it was so far off the coast of Grapital City... but if the rumble ring gods favoured you (and you could make it back after the circle closed and moved on), you'd have a bit of peace and quiet with a view.

What was the island for? Why was it there in the first place?

Turns out it was actually just an accident... But alas, the Island lives on in the hearts of those who have been there...
